David brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the table, and oversees the day-to-day operation for the The CHRIS WYLIE TEAM. David’s goal is to maintain the quality of service for all of Chris’ Clients, but his main focus, in addition to maintaining a smooth running team, is to accommodate the purchasing, selling and leasing objectives for Chris’ commercial real estate clients.

IRENE PENCE - REO Supervisor

KAREN RAINER - REO Specialist

Karen is a multifaceted individual with over 17 years of experience in the Real Estate and Mortgage industries.  An ambitious, goal oriented  real esteate professional, she possesses the excellent interpersonal and negotiating talents necessary to succeed in the real estate industry.  She has a solid base of real estate knowedge in originating, processing and closing real estate loans and purchase contracts, and in rehabilitating and selling all types of Real Estate.  Karen has a proven record of exceeding her client's highest standards and expectations.

SUE HURD - Bookkeeper/REO Specialist

Sue joined The CHRIS WYLIE TEAM as a Bookkeeper and REO Specialist. She brings with her over 30 years of bookkeeping background with the last 18 years being with one of the country's largest real estate companies. Her knowledge of real estate and bookkeeping combined is an asset to our growing REO Team.

CLAY BURTON - Buyer Specialist

Clay brings a wide range of experience to The CHRIS WYLIE TEAM. As a buyer specialist, Clay is skilled in working with homebuilders and selling agents in obtaining the best possible terms, concessions and amenities for his clients. Coupled with his background in construction, Clay is highly qualified to advise and lead clients through the entire home buying experience, ensuring a quality transaction all the way to closing.
